My Story
For over 30 years, I've been solving technology problems for businesses. I ran my own IT services company for two decades, serving healthcare providers, financial services firms, and businesses that needed someone who could actually deliver—not just sell.
Along the way, I've led engineering teams at telecommunications companies, built compliance-ready infrastructure for HIPAA and PCI environments, and helped businesses of every size escape the chaos of manual processes. The common thread? Being the person who picks up the phone. The one who actually fixes the problem.
I've watched small businesses struggle with a frustrating gap: they needed the same automation that enterprises use, but enterprise solutions came with enterprise complexity and enterprise price tags. Most consultants wanted to sell them software they didn't need or build systems they couldn't maintain.

After decades of building technology solutions for others, I'm bringing that experience directly to small business owners who are working too hard because their systems can't keep up.
